The “Empower Yourself” Series:

 

The Empower Yourself Series is specifically written for persons who are living in an independent living setting who can empower themselves through the support and protection of others, without losing independence!! 

 

These presentations are written to enhance the lives of those in an independent living situation.  All persons residing in senior apartments, in their own home, or who live in assisted living will find great benefit in attending these presentations.  They can be presented as an entire series a sub-series or as separate presentations.  Each presentation is listed with a brief explanation on the Empower Yourself page.

 

Long-Term Care Educational Presentations:

 

These topics are written for those people who are working, living or have family in a long-term care setting.  These presentations can be adjusted to fit any group or blend of groups.  The information you will take back with you is priceless if you work, live in or visit someone in long-term care.
